Up for auction is one pound of red worm castings. These castings are great fertilizer for your house plants, garden , lawn, flowers, vegetables and shrubs. These castings along with the 200 red worms we will supply to keep the castings active and fresh. You should take the castings and try them on your house plants this winter and see what a difference they make. Then take the worms and place them in a bin, you can make one from wood or buy a storage container about 16" X 24' 8" deep. Drill some small air holes in the side of the bin and the cover. Drill a hole as close to the bottom as possible for drainage of trhe worm tea. You can put another bin under the other bin or raise or tip the bin up so it can drain into a container. Then put in some bedding, shredded newspaper, shreded cardboard, leaves, hay anything like that. then separate some of the bedding and add your food. The food is any garbage you have, newspaper, cardboard, macaroni, vegetables, fruit, eggshells, and potato peels. Anything but diary products and meat. Cover the food up with bedding and wait about a week before you feed again. Now you have worms making castings ( black gold) and plenty of fishing worms and if you have enough you can sell some. The worms dont bite or smell.. Remember STARVE THE LANDFILL AND FEED YOUR WORMS
