Shipping and Handling Plants are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail mostly on Saturdays. If we are have too many orders we may send on Monday or Tuesday. Supplies will be shipped in 24 to 48 business hours and are shipped throughout the week. Save $5.00 on shipping for each additional item unless otherwise stated in this ad. If an item costs less than 5.00 to ship and you wish to combine shipping, simply add $2.00 to each additional item. An easy way to calculate combined shipping is to add all the shipping totals together. Then for every plant after the first, subtract 5.00 and you will have your total. For example, if you bought 3 plants with the price of shipping as 7.75. You would do this 7.75 x 3 = 23.25. Then you would subtract 10.00 from that since you bought 2 extra plants. Your total would be 13.25 for shipping. Heat packs are an additional 2.50 Please email us if you've sent payment for a heatpack. If you are in a cold region, it is up to you to decide if you want to ship during cold weather. We recommend that if there are freezing temperatures, wait till your region is warm enough to ship the orchids. Heatpacks do work but we will not be held responsible if the courier leaves your plants out to freeze. Please understand that we cannot control the courier and how they handle packages. This applies to international orders as well. Insurance is optional. If you do not purchase insurance and your package is lost in the mail, we will not be held responsible.
