Up for bid is 10 Parrot's Feather Plants ( Myriophyllum Aquaticum). This exotic perennial aquatic plants foliage is soft and feathery, a striking light to gray-green, with waxy looking, bright yellow blooms. Leaves form whorls around the stem and resembles a tiny narrow feathers. No water garden, bog, or pond is complete without this plant! Fish love breeding in Parrots Feather, and makes a wonderful hiding place for the baby fry. Parrots Feather adds oxygen to your pond, helps fight off algae growth by comsuming all the excess nutrients. Parrots Feather can be potted with 3 to 10 inches of water over the top, or allowed to float. To over-winter simply pinch off tips and place in a container of water, in a sunny location. Zones 7 and above. PLEASE NOTE: In shipping this plant, it may lose some of it's color and turn yellow. Once planted Parrots Feather perks back up. Check out my store for more great bids!
