I have had many request from Plant propagators for a lot of several of these plants to grow and sell; Wonderful for Rummage sales and other money makers; This is for Three Large, "Pregnant Onion's"-Ornithogalum longibracteatum; These Three are very large and I am offring them so you can have a very large and lush display right away; Plant the 3 onions in a large ornate planter, place in semi shade with lots of indirect sunlight ( they will also grow in full sun) and they will grow long lancet shaped leaves from about 14-24 inches long; This makes a very tropical display; It is also Called "Miritz Wiebel" which is German for "Healing Plant". Or as many has misspronouneced it as "Mutz Zat Zibble"; By any name it is the same wonderful fun plant; Large bulb, much like an onion bulb grows long lush leaves, and sends flower spikes out in spring & summer of tiny white blooms-let the blooms dry on the plant and you can harvest the seeds; This onion like bulb, grows tiny babies or pups all over under its skin; These can be plucked off and planted so they will grow large also; ;Some say it is poisonous to injest, but animals have shown no ill from eating them, that I know of. They are beleived to have the healing powers such as the Aloe Vera plant; Placed mashed bulbs (or the skin of one) over the burn and apply a bandage, and it is said to releive the pain, and prevent blistering and scaring; I dont vouch for any of this, just reporting what I have read about them; A fun and novelity plant. Kids love it too.; You will receive 3 large Onions-about the size of a tennis ball or larger- well rooted plants; Full sun to partial shade; Best in area protected from harsh mid-day sun; Plant with onion or bulb sitting on the surface of soil-not in the soil-plant the roots only; Shipped priority mail-2 to 4 days delivery time; I have received alot of email all over the states, asking me if succulents will grow in thier state through the winter months; Succulents are hardy but tender plants; They with stand cold very well but will die if the frost or snow touches them-BUT- They will survive inside an inclosure such as a shed, garage, covered pateo,or in the house through the winter months; So if you have doubts and still want succulents, just plant in pots so they can be moved if needed; IMPORTANT INFORMATION; If you win one of my bids, and have bids on my other auctions still pending, I will be happy to hold your winning bids until all of your auctions have ended (within a week of each other)-Saving you $$'s on S&H; Large heavy items will have to remain same S&H as I quote pretty close to regular shipping fee; Please take a look at my other auctions; I am having home remodeled and have alot of stuff that dont fit -A little dab of everything-Collectibles,Old memorabelia, Usable house hold items, Vintage and some antiques-You never know-So take a look and see. Thank you for shopping on my auction;God bless
